Since 2016 we have been brewing seasonal beers.

This firms up an approach to brewing that we had already started to move towards, with three beers we brewed in Autumn 2015: Beeston Green, green hopped with hops grown in Beeston; Raspberry Tart, wheat beer and No4 Table porter, both brewed with fruit grown in my Mum's garden.

Brewing seasonally not only keeps it exciting and interesting for me, it will also allow a better marriage of beers we sell and the changing seasons. And taking a more 'farm-to-table' approach with our beers also helps reduce food miles and the impact on the environment.


The first barrel aged beers flew out, so expect a few more of those - first up, a sour cherry ESB.
